HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST CLASS?

No preparation is needed. Just wear comfortable workout clothes and show up about 10 to 15 minutes befor class, our instructors will handle the rest!

HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?

Our classes are 60 minutes. 

DO YOU OFFER BEGINNERS CLASSES ?

Yes, we offer beginner classes. No experience required

WHAT DO I WEAR FOR MY FIRST CLASS?

we recommend sweats and a t-shirt.

WHAT SHOULD I BE AWARE OF BEFOR BEGINNING CLASSES?
